Anika Berwing has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and organizational development. Anika started their career at H&M as a Sales Advisor from August 2012 to September 2013. Anika then worked at NOPAR International GmbH as a Marketing and Project Assistant from March 2014 to February 2015. Anika joined Airbus as an International Mobility Specialist from February 2015 to January 2016, where they conducted a Business Process Analysis as part of their degree. Anika then worked at ENERCON as an HR Manager International from February 2016 to April 2017, and later as a Team Coordinator - HR International from May 2017 to October 2017. Anika also had experience in academia, working as an Assistant Lecturer for HR and Organization Development at HSB Hochschule Bremen – City University of Applied Sciences from April 2021 to October 2022. Anika 'smost recent role was at Varex Imaging Deutschland AG, where they held various positions including International HR Generalist (EMEIA) from November 2017 to September 2018, Regional HR Business Partner EMEIA from July 2018 to September 2019, International HR Manager (EMEIA) from October 2019 to July 2022, and currently as Head of HR EMEIA (Detectors, Sources IN, Sales & SIP) since August 2022. Anika continued their academic journey by enrolling at The University of Manchester in 2017, where they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resource Management and Development (International), which they completed in 2020.

Additionally, Anika has acquired several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. In August 2013, they obtained a Trainer's Certificate for Vocational Trainings from the Bremen Chamber of Commerce. Later, in June 2016, they earned a certificate in Psychology at Work from Coursera Course Certificates. In October 2016, Anika obtained The Assignment Abroad - Social Security certification from Wirtschaftsseminare Hoven. Anika further expanded their expertise in Human Resources by achieving certifications in People Analytics and Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy from LinkedIn in November 2021. Anika 'smost recent certification, HR-Strategie für Personalleiter:innen, was obtained in December 2022 from Haufe Akademie.
