Maria Dorovskikh

Maria Dorovskikh has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Their most recent role was as an HR Generalist EMEIA at Varex Imaging Corporation, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Fennovoima as a Human Resources Development Specialist from August 2019 to April 2022. In this role, Maria led performance management and personal development initiatives for over 400 employees and supervised the implementation of position management in a company-wide HR transformation project.

Maria Dorovskikh completed their Master's degree in Applied Physics from Tomsk State University between 2006 and 2012. During the same period, they also earned a Bachelor's degree in International Management from Tomsk Polytechnic University. In 2011, they studied Economics and Business Administration at Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg for one year. From 2013 to 2017, Maria participated in the International Leadership program by Prysmian Group at SDA Bocconi. The specific field of study for this program was not mentioned.
