Megan Brown

Megan Brown's work experience begins in 2007 as a Sales Associate at J's Hallmark, where they focused on creating a positive customer experience and maintaining store visuals. Megan then joined Old Navy in 2008, working as a Cash Handler and taking on additional responsibilities such as training employees and creating visual displays. In 2013, Megan joined Michaels Stores, Inc. as a Category Management Intern and Assistant before moving to JCPenney later that year, where they worked as an eCommerce Merchandise Assistant and later as a Site Merchant. Megan then transitioned to Vari in 2017, where they initially started as an eCommerce Specialist and progressed to the roles of Ecommerce Manager, Senior Manager - Ecommerce, and currently holds the position of Director - eCommerce.

Megan Brown earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Merchandising with a Minor in Marketing and a Retailing Certificate from the University of North Texas, where they studied from 2009 to 2013.
