Amy Hay

Amy Hay serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at Varian, a position held since January 2020, after previously being the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives for CTSI Oncology Solutions and Vice President of Strategic Growth Initiatives for Varian Multi-Disciplinary Oncology. Prior to Varian, Amy founded and managed Evolve International Houston, focusing on network strategy and innovation from October 2017 to January 2020. From 2007 to 2017, Amy was at MD Anderson Cancer Center, where as Senior Vice President of Network Expansion, significant contributions were made to the institutional strategy for expansion across numerous states and healthcare systems, impacting thousands of cancer cases. Earlier roles at MD Anderson included Vice President of Cancer Network Business Development and Associate Vice President of Global Business Development, along with serving as Chief Operating Officer of The Proton Therapy Center in Houston. Amy holds a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration with a finance concentration from Houston Christian University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southwestern University.
