Joshua Salmon

Joshua Salmon, PhD, PMP, currently serves as a Senior UX Researcher and Collaboration Lead at Varian since October 2024. Previous experience includes roles at Alpha Dog Games | Bethesda as a Senior UX Research Analyst, Product Manager, and Lead Data Analyst, along with a position as Senior User Researcher at Kabam, where Joshua played a key role in rebuilding the User Research Department. At Ubisoft, Joshua held positions as User Research Data Specialist and User Research Manager, contributing to the establishment of a dedicated mobile User Research lab. An extensive academic background includes a PhD in Psychology and Neuroscience, an MSc in Psychology (Experimental), and a BScH in Psychology with Mathematics and Statistics. Additional research roles and software development projects were conducted at Dalhousie University and DRDC - Atlantic, showcasing a strong foundation in behavioral research and usability analysis.
