Laurent Amiel

Laurent Amiel is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the healthcare and engineering sectors. Currently serving as President of EMEA Radiation Oncology Solutions at Varian Medical Systems since September 2020, Laurent previously held key roles at Abbott, including Division Vice-President of Commercial Operations for Infectious Diseases in Emerging Markets and General Manager of Abbott Diagnostics France. Prior to Abbott, Laurent worked at GE Healthcare, overseeing commercial operations in various regions, and served in multiple roles at McKinsey & Company and Alstom Group, where significant project management experience was gained in markets like Mexico and Brazil. Laurent holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech.
