Ben Murphy

Ben Murphy is currently the Head of Talent Development at Varo Bank, the first all-digital nationally chartered bank with a focus on financial inclusivity. Prior to this, Ben worked at Expedia Group and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where Ben led talent and leadership development initiatives. Ben also has experience at Chevron, Progrexion, and Brigham Young University in various roles related to learning and development. Ben holds an MBA with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Strategic HR Management.
