Joseph Statter

Joseph Statter has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Joseph is currently the CEO of Varsity Care Adult Health Services. Previously, they worked as a Managing Director at Evergreen Advisors and served on the Board of Directors at iCore Networks. Joseph also held the position of CFO at CTB Group, Inc. and served as an Investment Professional and Acting CFO at Capitol Acquisition Corp. Prior to that, they worked as a Managing Director at FBR and Senior Manager in the Corporate Finance Group at Arthur Andersen LLP. Throughout their career, Joseph has been involved in corporate finance, advisory services, mergers and acquisitions, and financial management.

Joseph Statter attended the University of Maryland from 1984 to 1988, earning a B.S. degree in Accounting. Prior to that, they attended Pikesville High School, without obtaining a degree or specific field of study.
