Anja Lambert

Anja Lambert has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2002, they held various HR roles at Shell Deutschland Oil GmbH until 2007. Anja then became an HR Business Partner at DePuy Orthopädie GmbH, a Johnson & Johnson company, from 2007 to 2010. Following that, they worked as a Freelance HR Development Consultant from 2010 to 2015. From 2015 to 2019, they served as an HR Generalist Europe at VARTA Consumer Batteries & Co. KGaA. Currently, they hold two roles at VARTA AG, starting in 2020: Head of HR Development & Apprenticeship and Personnel Development, Learning, and Vocational Training.

Anja Lambert attended Arnold-Janssen-Gymnasium St. Wendel, where they obtained their Abitur. Anja later enrolled at Universität Trier, where they pursued a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
