Vikas Aggarwal

Vikas Aggarwal is an accomplished operations and project management professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations and Projects at Varun Beverages Limited, Vikas has demonstrated leadership in green field and brown field projects, team building, and revenue growth across multiple product lines including carbonated and non-carbonated beverages, dairy products, and snacks. Previously, Vikas held key positions at prominent organizations such as Devyani Food Industries, Amazon, and Hindustan Unilever, where Vikas consistently delivered significant project completions, developed operational efficiencies, and contributed to new product innovations. Vikas holds a PGDM in Marketing & Strategy from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering Roorkee.
