Rand Green

Rand Green has over 35 years of work experience in the legal and compliance field. Rand is currently employed at VAS Aero Services as the Head of Legal, Compliance, and Contracts since January 2023. Rand previously worked at GA Telesis, LLC from 2019 to 2022 as the Senior Corporate Counsel. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President & General Counsel at GA Telesis, LLC from 2010 to 2017. Before joining GA Telesis, LLC, Rand owned Green Law Firm PC from 2006 to 2010. Rand also held various positions at Pratt & Whitney, including Deputy General Counsel, Corporate Counsel, President of United Technologies International Operations Japan, and Associate Counsel from 1995 to 2006. Rand started their career at Boeing in 1987 as the Regional Director of Contracts.

Rand Green holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Harvard Law School. Their educational background also includes a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Corporate and Commercial Transactions from the University of London. Rand obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
