Mike Lazinski

Mike Lazinski has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Mike is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Vascular Dynamics, a position they assumed in January 2023. Before that, from June 2020 to January 2023, Mike held the role of SVP, Finance & Accounting at Masimo. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Finance at Vascular Dynamics from August 2018 to June 2020. Between October 2017 and July 2018, Mike served as the Senior Director of Finance at NuVasive, and from June 2016 to October 2017, they worked as the Senior Director of Finance at NuVasive Specialized Orthopedics. Additionally, Mike gained experience as the Senior Director of Finance & Sales Operations at Ellipse Technologies, Inc. from May 2015 to May 2016. Prior to joining Ellipse Technologies, Inc., Mike held multiple roles at GE Healthcare. From July 2013 to May 2015, they served as the Commercial Operations Manager, and from December 2009 to July 2013, they were the Global OTR Manager. Mike's earlier roles at GE Healthcare include Finance Manager, Surgery Service from May 2008 to December 2009, Commerical FP&A Analyst, Surgery from April 2006 to May 2008, and Commerical Finance Analyst from April 2004 to April 2006. Mike started their career at GE Healthcare through the Financial Management Program from February 2002 to January 2004.

Mike Lazinski earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in 2001. During their time there, they studied Finance and Spanish, focusing on these fields of study from 1997 to 2001.
