Phearak Pheng

Phearak Pheng serves as the Head of the Training and Development Department at The Leading Bank in Cambodia since October 2023, and concurrently holds the position of Deputy Head of HR and Training at Vattanac Bank since January 2020. Previous roles include Training Manager and Head of Customer Service at Kerry Express Cambodia, Deputy Head of HR at MJQE PLC, and Academic Professor at Pannasastra University of Cambodia, where responsibilities encompassed course preparation and student assessment. Additional experience includes leadership in human resources at EverCare Insurance and MAG, focusing on HR strategies and training program development. Phearak's educational background features a Master of Education in TESOL from Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the National University of Management.
