Lucía Fraile McCord is a seasoned volunteer recruiter and coordinator at Vaughan Systems, with over a decade of experience in directing recruitment and onboarding efforts for over 1,000 teaching volunteers annually in language immersion programs. Additional roles at Vaughan Systems include program director, general and business teacher, and R&D writer, where Lucía has overseen day-to-day operations, spearheaded innovative linguistic experiences, coached executives in English language proficiency, and contributed to branded content development. Earlier experience includes serving as an administrative assistant at The Folke Institute. Lucía holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Camilo José Cela and a specialization in systemic psychology from Compañía de Asistencia Familiar.
