Jaime "Gus" Rivera, MD, FAAP has a diverse work experience in various healthcare roles. Since 2010, they have held positions such as Medical Director at Betances Health Center, Interim Chief Medical Officer at The Acacia Network, and Chairman, President, & Founder at ASPIRA of Delaware Charter Operations. Jaime "Gus" has also served as a Pediatrician at The Children's Medical Group and as a Medical Director & Pediatrician at Essen Health Services - Urgent Care Division. Additionally, they have worked as the Medical Director - MetroUrgiCenters at Essen Health Care and as the Assistant Medical Director - Pediatric Emergency Services at Vassar Brothers Medical Center under TeamHealth. Jaime "Gus" Rivera, MD, FAAP began their education journey in 1969 at The City College of NY, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Jaime "Gus" dedicated their time at The City College of NY until 1972. Afterward, they went on to attend Harvard Medical School, where they studied Medicine. From 1972 to 1976, they focused on their medical education and successfully obtained their MD degree.
