Vance Pearson

Vance Pearson has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Vance is currently serving as the Senior Director of People Operations at Vault Health, where they have led a team in implementing several software programs to streamline HR processes. Prior to this role, Pearson worked as the Human Resources Director at Solera, Inc., where they were a strategic HR partner to senior leadership and introduced programs to promote a culture of coaching and collaboration. Vance also has extensive experience in global HR planning, transformation, executive coaching, organizational design, leadership development, and talent management. Pearson held positions as a Senior HR Manager and Senior Employee Relations Manager at BT - Global Services, where they managed outsourcing contracts and provided guidance on employment laws and policies.

Vance Pearson holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Vance also has a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Rice University - Glasscock School of Continuing Education. In addition to their formal education, Pearson has obtained a certification as an Insights Discovery Instructor from Insights in May 2015.
