Who are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who is Collaborative, a Self-driven Fast Learner who takes initiative.

A dedicated and empathetic individual to join our customer support team, with a background in data privacy & protection and a knowledge of both encryption and databases.

For this role you need to have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You should be passionate about assisting customers and resolving their inquiries efficiently.

You will get the chance to build customer relationships from the ground up and contribute fundamentally to the success of our business. We are looking for someone who thinks outside the box, challenges the norm and brings deep tech knowledge and a hands on attitude to the team & customer.

​You will:

  • Interact with customers to provide assistance and resolve issues promptly.

  • Listen actively to customers' concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the relevant department.

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling challenging situations.

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide relevant information.

​You're perfect for this role if you have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.

  • A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new situations.

  • Extensive experience in customer facing roles with the ability to clearly translate & understand different customers processes and identify their needs.

  • You are an independent, self-driven individual and a fast learner

  • Not afraid to embrace change and open direct feedback loops with continuous iterative improvement.

  • Cyber Security background

  • Creative "out of the box" approach to sales and build strong customer relationships

  • Basic understanding of encryption technologies

  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner

  • Shares our vision that data privacy is a fundamental human right and that technology gives people the means to take back control of their personal information
