Michael R. Coleman Jr, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in talent acquisition and human resources. Michael R. is currently working as a Senior Consultant for Talent and Recruiting at Positively Partners since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief of Staff and Talent Acquisition Manager at vChief - Virtual Chief of Staff Service and Talent Acquisition Manager at HopSkipDrive in 2021. From 2018 to 2021, they held the position of Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Los Angeles Academy of Arts and Enterprise. Before that, they worked as the Assistant Principal of Talent Acquisition at The Accelerated Schools: ACES, TAS & WAHS from 2016 to 2018 and as an Assistant Principal at Susan B. Anthony Academy from 2012 to 2016.

Michael R. Coleman Jr, MBA has a diverse education history spanning over several years. Michael R. began their educational journey at the State University of New York at Old Westbury, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from 1996 to 1999.

Following their undergraduate studies, Michael went on to Mercy University, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Education from 2005 to 2006. Michael R. further expanded their knowledge in the field by completing a Master of Arts degree in School Building Leadership from 2006 to 2008 at the same institution.

In 2018, Michael enrolled in the College of Business Administration at Loyola Marymount University to pursue an Executive MBA. Michael R. specialized in Leadership, Innovation, and Human Resource Strategies while studying at Loyola Marymount, graduating in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Michael has obtained a certification in Social Recruiting for Recruiters from LinkedIn. Michael R. completed this certification in July 2021.
