Cristina Sega has extensive work experience in various roles in the field of HR and client services. Cristina'smost recent role was as a Recruiter at vcita, where they managed the recruitment process and maintained recruiting metrics. Prior to this, they worked at Compass Group/Microsoft, where they held multiple positions. As a Client Services Manager/HR for the Microsoft Management Excellence Team, they managed a team and was responsible for logistics, planning, communications, and budgeting for career development programs. Cristina also served as a Client Services Specialist/HR for the T&OC Training Organization, where they developed and managed training courses and programs. Additionally, they worked as a Training Coordinator for Microsoft New Employee Orientation (NEO), where they coordinated and managed the training event. Throughout their career, Cristina has demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Cristina Sega holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electronics - Radio-Communications from Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Human Resources Foundations, Interviewing Techniques, Talent Sourcing from SHRM, and Technical Recruiting from HRCI. The certifications were obtained between October and November 2022.
