Carmen Laragione Harkins

Carmen LaRagione Harkins possesses extensive experience in Stan/Eval roles across multiple organizations, including VectorCSP, BLUE FORCE, and Miracle Systems, with a focus on evaluation and training management. Carmen's career spans over two decades, featuring significant positions in the United States Air Force and the South Carolina Air National Guard, where responsibilities included training management, victim advocacy, and command post operations. Educational achievements include an Associate's degree in Emergency Management and another in Aviation Management from the Community College of the Air Force, complemented by studies in Computer Science and Fashion Technology. Carmen is also nationally certified as a Victim Advocate/SAPR.
