Natasha Das

Natasha Das has a comprehensive work experience spanning several organizations and roles. NATASHA currently holds the position of Director Program Delivery at Vedantu since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Director Program Delivery (3-10th grade) at the same company from May 2021 to April 2023.

Before joining Vedantu, Natasha worked as the Director of Program Development at Make A Difference from February 2016 to April 2021. NATASHA also gained valuable experience as a Program Manager at Children International from July 2012 to January 2016. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing program budgets, monitoring & evaluation plans, and outcome reporting for Delhi operations, and provided technical support to the grant management unit. Additionally, they engaged in corporate networking and collaborated with government and NGOs to enhance program design.

Prior to their time at Children International, Natasha held the position of Assistant Manager - Social Inclusion at Dr. Reddy's Foundation from May 2011 to July 2012. NATASHA also served as a Program Coordinator at Tata Institute of Social Sciences from May 2009 to May 2011.

Overall, Natasha Das has demonstrated a strong commitment to program development and delivery, managing budgets, and building partnerships across the various organizations they have worked with.

Natasha Das completed their education with a Post Graduate Program in Marketing/Marketing Management from the Indian School of Business in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Social Work degree with a focus on Community Health and Management of Social Organizations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in 2009. NATASHA also holds additional certifications in Global Strategy Management and Design Thinking from the Singapore Management University (obtained in 2018) and a Basic Certificate in Spanish from INSTITUTO HISPANIA (obtained in 2015).
