Ferdinando Meo

Ferdinando Meo has had a varied and successful career in business. In 2005, they began working as a Consultant and Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, where they provided strategy and business development, M&A, process improvement, organizational and planning & control services. In 2010, they took on the role of General Manager CFO/Head of Business Development/Head of HR at Facile.it. From 2011 to 2017, they held several roles at Groupon, including Country Manager Spain, Vice President - Head of Strategic Planning & Business Development Director Southern Europe, and Regional Sales Director Italy. During this time, they were also an Angel Investor for Italian Angels for Growth and an Advisory Board Member for Talent Garden. In 2017, they founded Alkemy Iberia, a public company leader in Italy and Spain as a digital and innovation enabler. In 2018, they became Chairman of Grupo Ontwice. In 2022, they co-founded and became Chairman of Vedrai Iberia. Most recently, in 2020, they founded Younit, a smartworking solution for companies providing ergonomic, certified, and sustainable products to work safely and comfortably at home or in the office.

Ferdinando Meo attended the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II from 1999 to 2005 and obtained a 110 cum laude degree in Management Engineering.
