Mike Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mike began their career at Wal-Mart in 1997 as a Programmer Analyst, where they gained expertise in coding BTEQ, Mload, Fastload, and TPUMP scripts. Mike then joined Open Port Technology as a Client Support Specialist, responsible for installing, testing, and supporting client installs. In 2000, they became a Data Warehouse Consultant at Teradata, working on multiple accounts and streamlining ETL processes.

In 2003, Mike joined BNSF Railway as a Solutions Architect, where they developed Teradata load utilities and BTEQS across different platforms. Mike also monitored Teradata systems, identified performance issues, and analyzed warehouse usage trends.

Mike transitioned to Salesforce in 2020, starting as a Product Analyst and later becoming a Product Manager.
