Michael Schenck

Michael Schenck has over 18 years of experience in the energy and power industry. Michael began their career in 1992 as the Owner/Self-Employed at S.A.E., providing professional audio and video services. In 2002, they became a Power Electronics Engineer at Enertronics. Two years later, they joined American Power Conversion as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer. In 2007, they moved to Semikron Inc. as a Solutions Group Project Manager and Product Development Project Manager. In 2009, they joined First Solar as a Manager of Advanced Plant Architecture and Manager of Advanced Power Conversion. In 2013, they were the President/Founder of Ipsum Power Corporation, and Co-Founder/Vice President of Engineering and Technology at Pursuant Power. Currently, they are the Vice President of Product & Technology/Co-Founder at Veloce Energy, Inc.

Michael Schenck attended Virginia Tech from 1997 to 2004, where they earned a BS in Electrical Engineering and was a candidate for a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering. Their field of study was Power Electronics.
