Sharon Netzer has been working in the talent acquisition field since 2013. Sharon began their career as an HR Recruiter with Lynn Bichler, where they were responsible for recruiting for various fields such as financial positions, bookkeepers, payroll controllers, lawyers, HR, and administrative roles. Sharon conducted phone and face-to-face interviews and was responsible for initial sourcing and CV screening. In 2015, Sharon moved to SQLink Group, where they worked as a Technical Recruiter. Sharon was responsible for recruiting for different technical positions such as developers, IT, security, product, and managers. Sharon also managed customers such as startups, high-tech corporations, banks, and government offices. In 2018, Sharon joined BlueVine as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company during its hyper-growth phase, with a total of 90 new hires. Sharon was also the sole recruiter for all company groups such as R&D, security, product, IT, data science, and data analysis. Finally, in 2020, Sharon moved to DRIVENETS as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, they helped Communications Service Providers (CSPs) to take advantage of the greatest demand surge in telco history. Sharon also helped to transform the way networks are built, managed, and grown to meet this demand. In 2021, Sharon joined Velocity as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they focused on tools that allow developers to create and use their on-demand, fully isolated production-like environments during development.
Sharon Netzer obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies and Human Resource from Sapir College between 2010 and 2012.
