Christy then joined VelocityEHS | Humantech in 2007, where they worked as a Consultant and later as a Senior Consultant. Their responsibilities included managing the global implementation and deployment of software solutions. In 2010, Lotz became a Managing Consultant at Humantech, where they led large-scale ergonomic initiatives for clients in various industries. Christy worked with companies such as Goodyear Tire and Rubber, Caterpillar, and Eli Lilly. Lotz returned to VelocityEHS | Humantech in 2017 as a Managing Consultant and Sales Executive, focusing on global account development and growth.
