Pauline Minako Korchia is an experienced professional in customer experience and project management, currently serving as Manager for Customer Experience at Velvet Consulting since July 2023. Previously, Korchia held the position of Client Director at both Landor & Fitch and Lime Agency, where focus was on creating purpose-driven branding strategies. With a solid foundation in customer engagement and loyalty, Korchia has also contributed to various roles at Velvet Consulting, overseeing the Singapore office as Head and engaging in significant projects involving marketing automation and customer communication. Korchia's career includes experience at Atos Consulting, Air France, and MediaCom, supported by a strong academic background in communications from Sciences Po and international studies from Waseda University.
