Laura Alfano Victoria

Laura Alfano Victoria has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment in various senior roles. 🌱 Laura currently serves as the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Vena Solutions since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at McKesson from June 2020 to January 2022 and as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at OpenText from November 2019 to June 2020. Laura also held multiple roles at Willis Towers Watson from 2007 to 2019, including Director of Talent Acquisition for North America, Regional Talent Acquisition Lead for Latin America, and Talent Acquisition Leader for Canada and Latin America. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Recruiting Manager at Avanade Canada, Manager of Recruitment and Selection at Hewlett-Packard (EDS), Manager of Recruitment and Training at American Standard Brands, and Resource Manager at CNC Global (now Randstad Technologies).

Laura Alfano Victoria received a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from York University in 2021. Prior to that, they earned an Honours BA in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Windsor. In 2023, they pursued further education in Nutrition, Health, and Wellness at McMaster University Continuing Education. Additionally, Laura obtained a Personal Trainer Certification from CanfitPro in the same year.
