The Customer Success Manager role is a great way to learn highly transferable account management skills.

About the Job

The mission of the Customer Success Manager is to DEMO & EDUCATE, GROW and RETAIN Channel Partners. Working with a pool of existing Channel Partners at various lifecycle stages – from newly-signed to longstanding – they are capable of delivering a world-class customer experience by teaching/coaching a user to be a more knowledgeable, proficient user. They share a commitment to delivering the best possible experiences to drive adoption, growth, and customer advocacy via best practice use of the Vendasta platform. 

They will work with a pool of Channel Partners to deeply understand their business needs and opportunities, and they will work to educate partners and drive the adoption of our platform.  A Customer Success Manager acts as the true and trusted advisor for Channel Partners,  helping solidify long-term relationships. They will do this in a wide variety of ways, including:

  • One-to-Many training and coaching, via DIWM and DIFM motions
  • Communicating with Partners to develop scalable strategies and workflows that drive adoption of Vendasta’s products and services
  • Maintaining internal, as well as third party, product knowledge and awareness of developments to brief Partners about releases and updates as necessary
  • Being the expert in Vendasta’s platform and offerings—providing information, strategies, uses, and more to Partners
  • You will be a true subject matter expert and have mastered most areas of the Vendasta platform and products.

Your Impact

As a Customer Success Manager I you'll work with the Customer Success and onboarding teams to:

  • Provide a world-class customer experience

  • Provide training and strategy for Vendasta Channel Partners

You have prior experience problem solving for partners, with the ability to delight. You have proven customer service experience. You are collaborative and able to work well in a team. You bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to all situations.
