About the Job:

As a Revenue Systems Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the systems within Vendasta’s martech stack. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality, translating business objectives into actionable technical specifications. The goal is to improve the efficiency of marketing and sales processes through effective system management and integration, ensuring teams use these systems with designed processes, and enabling constant actionable insights to maintain smooth operations and increase performance and revenue flow.

Your Impact:

  • Own and manage a subset of systems within Vendasta’s martech stack, including CRM, sales engagement tools, automations, revenue intelligence platforms, contract software, and others.

  • Collaborate on projects and oversee system consolidation, migration, and technical rollout to achieve cost efficiency, operational excellence, and enhanced reporting capabilities.

  • Manage the integration of marketing automation platforms with CRM systems to ensure seamless data flow and accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and customer activities.

  • Evaluate and optimize existing operational processes and tools, facilitating the implementation of new tools to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.

  • Act as a liaison between departments, particularly with R&D, to customize systems for sales and marketing usage.

  • Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to create and execute marketing processes and campaigns, ensuring seamless integration and clear, reliable insights.

  • Join forces with Marketing counterparts to oversee the setup, configuration, rollout, and optimization of marketing automation platforms to streamline sales workflows and improve lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion rates throughout the marketing and sales funnels.

  • Translate business objectives into actionable technical specifications, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for automation and optimization improvements, aligning on key requirements with cross-functional leaders.

  • Evaluate and implement new solutions and enhancements to improve sales effectiveness, owning all aspects of the project from conception to completion.

  • Develop documentation and lead training sessions to increase adoption and effective use of tools.

  • Provide comprehensive training and support to end users during business processes or system changes, promoting adoption and proficiency.

  • Own vendor management responsibilities, including contract negotiation/ reviews and procurement & compliance needs.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing technology, or a related role.

  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and revenue intelligence tools.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, including proficiency in tools such as Excel and Looker.

  • Knowledge of sales and marketing processes and best practices.

  • Experience in system integration and data migration projects.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to train and support end-users on new systems and processes.

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.

  • Attention to detail and high standards for accuracy and quality.

  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with project management tools like Jira and Confluence is preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an asset.
