Jenitza Negrón

Jenitza Negrón, PhD has a diverse work experience history. Jenitza is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Venegas Construction Corporation since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the President of JN Consulting and Development LLC starting from 2022.

Jenitza has also held roles such as Project Administrator of PR CDBG Program at Thompson Construction Group, Inc. from 2019 to 2022 and as the Human Resources of Puerto Rico Step Program at EXCEL USA from 2018 to 2019.

In addition, they have worked as an Office Admin/Data Clerk Operation Blue Roof at Venegas Construction, Corp./Enfield Enterprises, Inc. in 2017 and as an Industrial Organizational Psychology at PONCE NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING SERVICES INC in 2016.

Before that, they gained experience as a Sales and Marketing Representative at Triple-S from 2012 to 2015 and at MMM Holdings LLC from 2012 to 2012.

Jenitza Negrón holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico.
