Georgia Flaum

Georgia Flaum has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Georgia is currently working at Venn as the Director of Account Management since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Neighborhoods at Venn from January 2022 to February 2023. Before joining Venn, they worked at Common as the Director of Member Experience from January 2020 to January 2022, and as a Senior Manager of Member Support from November 2018 to January 2020. Georgia also served as the Director of Customer Support at Candid™ from March 2018 to October 2018 and as a Senior Customer Operations Manager from September 2017 to March 2018.

Earlier in their career, Georgia worked at onefinestay, where they held various roles including Partner Sales Manager from April 2017 to August 2017, Service Team Manager from January 2016 to April 2017, Service Team Supervisor from February 2015 to January 2016, and Service Team Lead from October 2014 to February 2015. Georgia began their career as a General Manager at Terroir Wine Bar from July 2012 to October 2014 and held a position at Hearth Restaurant as a Hostess, Food-runner, and Backwaiter from September 2011 to May 2012.

Before entering the corporate world, Georgia gained experience in leadership and customer service roles. Georgia worked as a Program Director at Herzl Camp from March 2011 to August 2011, and as a Prospective Student Tour Guide at Cardinal Key Tour Guides from February 2009 to May 2011. Georgia also worked as a House Manager and Usher at Wesleyan University from October 2008 to May 2011, and as a Violist in The Wesleyan String Quartet from October 2007 to May 2011.

Georgia Flaum attended Wesleyan University from 2007 to 2011 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion. In 2010, they also briefly attended the Rothberg International School at Hebrew University, but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study.
