David Adams

David Adams is a seasoned sales and marketing executive with a robust background in payroll and human capital management. Currently serving as Sr. Vice President of Payroll/HCM Sales at Vensure Employer Solutions since October 2023, David previously held the position of Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Vice President of Sales at CertiPay since February 2012. Under David's leadership, CertiPay distinguishes itself by not being a sales-first payroll company. Additionally, David was an Independent Partner at Insurance Agency Partner from February 2012 to April 2022, enhancing client offerings in risk management and employee benefits. David's experience also includes a role in Business Development and Major Account Sales at ADP and as a Business Development Manager at Three Point Group. David holds an Executive Education degree in Leadership from the University of Notre Dame and a BBA in Finance and Marketing from Western Michigan University.
