Joel Pearson

Joel Pearson is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the payroll, HR, and benefit solutions industries, particularly within the sports, entertainment, and cannabis verticals. Currently serving as the Area Vice President of Sales at Vensure Employer Services since November 2019, Joel has achieved notable accolades, including multiple Presidents Club distinctions and ranking first in total revenue and percentage of plan as a Regional Sales Manager in 2021. In addition to responsibilities at Vensure, Joel holds positions as an Advisory Board Member at GroStaff and Division President at SBS Payroll, a Vensure acquisition. Joel's prior roles include positions at Accelerated, LLC, CoAdvantage, Extensis Group, and ADP TotalSource, where a consistent track record of top rankings and sales achievements was established.
