Christopher Anders

Christopher Anders has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on operations and manufacturing. Christopher currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations HR at Ventura Foods since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director of Manufacturing HR at the same company from April 2021 to October 2022. Before joining Ventura Foods, Christopher worked at Mars as the People and Organization (HR) Business Partner for the Yorkville and NFI Factories from July 2017 to September 2019. Christopher also held various roles at Mars, including Care & Treat Acceleration Manager, R&D Global Program Manager, and GLDP People & Organization Manager. Christopher has a Master's degree from Michigan State University, where they worked as a Masters Student from August 2012 to May 2014. Christopher also gained experience at Boeing as a Human Resources Intern, conducting leadership effectiveness initiatives and organizational optimization reviews. Prior to their career in HR, Christopher worked in the credit union industry, holding roles such as Consumer Loan Underwriter at Telcom Credit Union and Branch Supervisor at Wings Financial Credit Union. Christopher also worked as a Financial Service and Loan Representative at REAL Financial Credit Union.

Christopher Anders received their Bachelor's degree in History from Michigan State University in 2006. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resource Management, Leadership, and Change Management from the Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business. Additionally, Christopher holds certifications in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Producer Licenses (Michigan), Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law License, and Series 7 General Securities Representative License.
