WaiYin Wong has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. WaiYin is currently the Head of Group Compensation & Benefits & Group HR at Venture Corporation Limited, a global provider of technology products and solutions. Prior to that, they served as the Head of HR Reward for the Asia Pacific Region at STMicroelectronics. WaiYin also held the position of Global Head of HR Reward, Corporate at British Petroleum (BP), and worked as an HR Reward Director at Reckitt Benckiser (RB). Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Honeywell, a multinational conglomerate producing a wide range of products and services.
