Gregory Disalvio

Gregory DiSalvio, MBA, is an experienced Program Director at Venture Together, leading a team dedicated to providing Day Habilitation services for individuals with developmental disabilities since June 2021. Previously, DiSalvio served as a Residential Manager at Jawonio from November 2017 to March 2021, where a culture of empowerment and person-centered goal setting was fostered among health care teams. Prior to that, DiSalvio held the role of Quality Assurance Specialist at Saint Dominic's Family Services, overseeing compliance audits and investigating incidents of abuse and neglect. Earlier experience includes a similar Residential Manager position at Jawonio and serving as Director at The Empowerment Center, where a successful marketing and public relations program was developed for mental health service clients. DiSalvio holds an MBA from Long Island University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Dominican University New York, along with an Associate degree in Social Sciences from Rockland Community College.
