John Muratore Pe

John Muratore PE currently serves as the Astrolab Lunar Terrain Vehicle System Program Manager, overseeing NASA's Lunar Terrain Vehicle Systems Program since April 2023. Previously, John held the position of Senior Director of Special Projects at Kairos Power, managing the construction of a 40,000 sq ft test facility. With a significant tenure at SpaceX from 2010 to 2020, John was instrumental in launching various projects, including the first Starhopper flight and the Falcon 9. John's career also includes extensive experience at NASA, where roles spanned from Senior Systems Engineer to Space Shuttle Flight Director, leading critical engineering and operational efforts in the Space Shuttle and International Space Station programs. John's educational background includes a BS in Engineering and Applied Sciences from Yale University and an MS in Computer Systems from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
