Jerome van Crayelynghe

Jerome Van Crayelynghe has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jerome is currently the Director of Supply Chain at Veracyte, Inc. In this role, they lead and builds the global Supply Chain team, including Procurement and Inventory management teams. Jerome also takes charge of regional and global initiatives focused on improving processes and systems.

Prior to their current position, Jerome held various roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific. From 2019 to 2023, they served as the Director of Customer Care - North America, overseeing customer care operations in the region. Before that, they worked as the Field Service Manager for the US from 2018 to 2019.

Jerome also has experience at Cepheid, where they worked as the Regional Service Manager - West from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, they held the position of District Service Manager at Sysmex America, Inc. from 2008 to 2017. In this role, they managed a team of 15 Field Service Engineers and was responsible for ensuring successful service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Earlier in their career, Jerome worked at Abbott Diagnostics as a Key Account Technical Executive for a year. Jerome also worked at RECIF Inc dba RECIF Technologies USA, where they held various roles from 2000 to 2007. Jerome served as the National Service Manager, managing a team of 17 Field Service Engineers and building customer relationships with semiconductor industry leaders. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Coordinator/Field Service Engineer, optimizing project and operation workflows, and as a Field Service Engineer responsible for customer support.

Jerome Van Crayelynghe's education history begins in 1998 when they attended Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III. Jerome completed their two-year program there, earning a DUT (Diplôme universitaire de technologie) in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Aeronautics.

After a gap of several years, Jerome returned to education in 2013 and enrolled at the University of Phoenix. Jerome pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Management and completed their studies in 2017.

Jerome continued their educational journey by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix, starting in 2022. This program was completed in 2023.
