Kamillah Knight

Kamillah Knight, MPA, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Kamillah is currently the Senior Global Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Veralto. Prior to this, they held roles at Danaher Corporation, where they served as the Senior Global Director of Diversity and Inclusion in the Water Quality Platform. Kamillah also worked as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Ferrero and held various positions at Unilever, including Diversity and Inclusion Lead. Kamillah has also worked in the public sector, serving as an Administrative Analyst at the City of Orange Township and as an Assistant Business Administrator at the City of Jersey City. Kamillah started their career as a Graduate Student Assistant at Cornell University and has held multiple roles at the university. Throughout their career, Kamillah has been focused on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in various organizations.

Kamillah Knight, MPA, MBA, holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics with a minor in Spanish and another Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from Cornell University. Kamillah then pursued further education at Cornell, earning a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from the Cornell Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy, with a focus on Environmental Policy, Environmental Finance and Impact Investing, and Sustainable Global Enterprise. Additionally, they obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management. Kamillah also completed several certificate programs at Cornell University, including a Corporate Sustainability Certificate, a Strategic HR Leadership Certificate, and a Diversity and Inclusion for HR Certificate.
