Etienne Dano

Etienne Dano is a seasoned engineering and product development professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Product Development at Veranex since June 2021, Dano has previously held key leadership roles including Director of Engineering at Fluid-Screen and Sr. Director of R&D and Manufacturing at Cytonome. Dano's career began at Thermo Electron, where significant contributions were made in project management and R&D for various engineering projects. Dano also played a critical role in the early-stage biotech startup Decision Biomarkers, leading efforts to transition the AVANTRA automated immunoassay platform to production. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Advanced Automation and Design from Cranfield University and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, and Drive Systems from Université de Technologie de Compiègne.
