Terra Maher is an accomplished HR technology professional with extensive experience in global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) roles. Currently serving as VP of HR Technology at Verano since April 2022, Terra previously held the position of Global HRIS Leader at Koch Business Solutions from April 2019 to April 2022. Prior to that, Terra directed the HRIS function at Molex for over 12 years, where responsibilities included managing global HRIS projects and SAP implementations. Additional experience includes roles such as Director at the New Leaders Advisory Board-The Executives' Club of Chicago and HRIS Analyst at Career Education, along with earlier positions at Pepsi Americas and Divine Interventures. Terra holds a graduate degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Illinois State University.
