Andrew Wesztergom

SVP & Chief Financial Officer at Veranova

Andrew Wesztergom has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Andrew most recently served as the SVP & Chief Financial Officer at Veranova, a global leader in pharmaceutical ingredient development and manufacturing. Prior to Veranova, they held various roles at Johnson Matthey, including Vice President of Finance & CFO - Health Sector and Interim Chief Executive Officer - Health Sector.

Before their time at Johnson Matthey, Wesztergom worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Thalheimer Brothers, a specialty metal processing company, and as the Head of Finance - Americas at Houghton International, where they provided oversight and direction for finance practices in the Americas business group.

Earlier in their career, Wesztergom served as the Vice President of Finance at Heraeus Precious Metals, where they were responsible for directing financial programs and risk/security measures. Andrew also held positions at SCA Americas as Director of Finance and at Custom Food Products as Manager of Financial Reporting.

Wesztergom began their career as a Staff Accountant/Auditor at CoreStates & Meridian Bank, where they gained experience in various accounting functions and asset-backed securitization auditing.

Andrew Wesztergom received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Finance from Temple University in the years 1987 to 1991. After that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from Temple University between 1996 and 1998.
