Nick Shackley

Nick Shackley has an extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Nick currently holds the position of Senior Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer at Veranova since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Johnson Matthey as Vice President from November 2017 to May 2022. Nick also served as the International Senior Vice President at Aceto from August 2011 to October 2017. Before that, they held the position of Vice President, Pharma Ingredients & Services, North America at BASF Corporation from January 2008 to May 2011. Additionally, Nick worked at Cambrex as Vice President, Sales & Business Development, Pharma & Biopharmaceuticals from January 2004 to December 2007. Nick also served as Senior Director, Sales & Business Development, Pharma & Biopharmaceuticals at Avecia from September 2000 to December 2003. Nick began their career at Zeneca, where they held various roles including Group Leader, Process Development - Performance & Intermediate Chemicals Unit from April 1996 to April 1997, and Group Leader, Process Development - Biocides Unit from March 1992 to March 1996. Nick started their career as a Process Engineer at ICI in September 1986, where they worked until February 1992.
