Hussain Javed

Hussain Javed has experience in IT security and operations analysis. Hussain worked as an IT Security Analyst at Verastar from October 2022 to the present, and prior to that, they were an IT Operations Analyst at the same company from September 2019 to October 2022. Before joining Verastar, they served as a Course Representative of Computing at The Manchester Metropolitan University from September 2018 to September 2019. Additionally, they worked as an IT Support at Gift And Fashion Lounge from February 2014 to September 2018.

Hussain Javed completed their education at The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2016 to 2019, where they pursued a degree in Computing with a focus on Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2016, they attended Loreto Sixth Form College and obtained a B-Tech National Extended Diploma in Information Systems, specializing in Information Technology. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications including an (ISC)² Candidate certification from (ISC)² in May 2023, CompTIA Security+ (SY0-601) Cert Prep: 2 Secure Code Design and Implementation certification from LinkedIn in December 2021, Cert Prep: CompTIA Security+ Exam (SY0-501): The Basics certification from LinkedIn in March 2021, and Microsoft Sharepoint certification from QA Ltd in February 2020.
