Ivan Jones

Ivan Jones has a strong background in learning and development, with significant work experience in various roles. Ivan is currently the Head of Learning and Development at Verastar since October 2021. Before joining Verastar, Ivan worked at Virgin Media O2 as a Senior L&D Manager from June 2021 to October 2021. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Virgin Media, including Senior L&D Manager from October 2020 to October 2021, L&D Business Partner / Lead from September 2019 to October 2020, Personal and Professional Academy Lead from January 2018 to October 2020, Management Academy Lead from October 2017 to October 2020, Curriculum & Programme Manager from December 2016 to October 2017, and L&D Resource Manager from April 2016 to December 2016. Ivan's earlier work experience includes roles at Serco as a UK & Europe People Development Consultant from March 2014 to April 2016, Learning and Development Manager from May 2013 to March 2014, and Learning and Development Officer from April 2011 to May 2013.

Ivan Jones pursued their education at the University of the West of England, where they completed a Foundation degree in Art/Art Studies, General from 1998 to 1999. Following this, they continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from 1999 to 2022.
