Rob McGarry

Rob McGarry has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rob is currently working at Vercara as a Senior Sales Manager, responsible for managing sales operations. In their previous role at Vercara as an Account Executive for Enterprise Accounts, they played a key role in the company's growth, expanding network capacity and introducing new solutions.

Before joining Vercara, Rob worked at ThoughtSpot as a Strategic Account Executive, where they contributed to disrupting the business intelligence space with search-driven analytics. At Aspect Software, they served as a Regional Account Executive, delivering powerful customer interactions across various channels. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional Account Executive at MicroStrategy, providing software solutions for actionable intelligence.

Rob also has experience at Pentaho as a Senior Sales Executive, Microsoft Corporation as an Account Executive in the education sector, IBM as both an IBM Software Account Executive and Lotus Account Manager, and Oracle as a Summer Intern in lead applications development. Following this, they pursued a Masters of Science degree in Telecommunications and Network Management at Syracuse University School of Information Studies from 1997 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Rob McGarry has also obtained certifications in Splunk Fundamentals from Splunk in April 2020 and the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations 2020 Certified Associate from Oracle in August 2020.
