Trey Knowles

Trey Knowles has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Shoe Salesperson at jcpenney, where they assisted customers with purchases and implemented strategies to increase sales. In 2014, they joined Brigham Young University as a Marketing and Managing Coordinator, where they developed marketing plans and managed operations for various programs. Trey then worked at Qualtrics as a PhoneOps, contributing to the development of operations and improving the support experience for customers. In 2015, Trey joined Neo Technology as a Demand Generation-Startup Community Manager, where they grew their startup program and aided startups in adopting Neo4j. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at Thomson Reuters as a Sales Program Specialist, managing sales analytics, providing support for Salesforce reporting, and implementing sales programs. Trey then joined Auth0 as a Sales Operations Specialist, where they designed dashboards, established best practices for data quality, and managed sales territories. Trey continued their career at Outreach as a Sales Engagement Specialist in 2019 before joining Lambda School as an ADR Team Lead and later as an Outcomes Operations Manager. Most recently, Trey joined Vercel, initially as an Account Executive, then as an Enterprise Account Executive, Director of Mid-Market Sales, and eventually as the Senior Manager of Sales Operations and Strategy. Currently, they serve as the Head of GTM Ops at Vercel.

Trey Knowles attended Brigham Young University from 2010 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration- Strategy.
