Noah Bair

Noah Bair has a diverse work experience in the software development field. Noah began their career as a Manufacturing Technician II - ULT at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they focused on ensuring the assembly of high-grade medical equipment and promoting safety protocols.

Noah then transitioned to the role of an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of North Carolina at Asheville. Here, they worked on maintaining a research project using Unity and C#, under the guidance of Dr. Adam Whitley.

Seeking further software development experience, Noah became a Junior Software Developer at Third Axiom Solutions. In this role, they designed and constructed efficient C# applications and implemented comprehensive unit tests for bug reduction and increased reliability. Noah also provided exceptional support to both internal and external users.

Currently, Noah is employed at Vergent LMS as a Software Developer. Noah trains new team members, leads the ACV team in architecture discussions, and ensures the seamless integration of new projects into the Agile development methodology. Noah also collaborates with stakeholders, driving the development and implementation of features and bug resolutions.

In 2019, Noah embarked on their undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina Asheville, focusing on Computer and Information Systems.
