Mike has worked for some of the world’s leading tech companies including Amazon, Microsoft, Expedia, eBay, Skype etc. He believes that the biggest privilege from running Operations teams all around the world has been the opportunity to travel, learn different languages and experience many rich and diverse cultures. In the end, Operations is a people business even if it is supporting a technology company.
